Meet F.R.E.D.

What's the Big Deal About F.R.E.D.?

F.R.E.D. (FellowshipOne Rapid Entry Database) is a new computer system, with more than 15 locations (F.R.E.D. stations) throughout the building, being utilized to increase the security all ready in place for the safety of our children and to make it easier than ever to care for the people at Crossings.

Among the many benefits included with F.R.E.D. are the increased security for our children, no more attendance sheets, instant nametags, easier registration for classes and events (both online and at church), and more to come.

Confused About F.R.E.D.?

Don't worry! Volunteers are at all F.R.E.D. stations to assist you!

How Does F.R.E.D. Work?

Adults WITH Children:

Check in your entire family at a F.R.E.D. station by giving the last four digits of your phone number.
Indicate which classes you and the children are attending.
Place nametags on children and retain receipts for yourself.
Sign in all children through 4th grade at classroom door.
Show your receipts to pick up your children.

Please NOTE: This new system replaces both the laminated card system in the Nursery and the Children's Church stickers given out by the ushers.

Adults Attending WORSHIP SERVICE ONLY:

Nothing changes for you.

Adults WITHOUT Children:

If you attend a class or event at Crossings, simply go to a F.R.E.D. station:
- scan your Crossings ID card — available through the church office
  or
- give the last four digits of your phone number
  and
- receive your nametag. This automatically marks you in attendance for the
  class or event.
