Welcome to Crossings!

If you are considering a visit to Crossings, let me put your mind at ease with a few things you might be wondering about.  These pages will assist you in learning about our beliefs and about the many ministries, Bible studies, classes, services, support groups, and just plain fun that occur throughout the week.

What's it like at Crossings?  Well, we are most definitely a "come as you are" church.  The comment I hear most from people is that the big building was a bit intimidating at first, but once inside, it was so friendly and easy to get around … "I just fit right in." Dress is a little bit of everything....some in coats and ties, and many in jeans.  Just be yourself....and be comfortable.

I'm also asked what weekend services are like.  We offer five services with three unique styles in three different settings.  If you prefer the sounds of a large choir, orchestra, and singers offering a blend of traditional and contemporary music, choose the 9:30 or 11 a.m. Sunday service in the Sanctuary.  If you like it loud, in a more relaxed atmosphere where we are led by a worship band, then the 6 p.m. Saturday or the 10:45 a.m. Sunday service in the Gym, featuring all contemporary Christian music, is the right place for you. If you like a more traditional, yet powerful, worship, where communion is offered every Sunday, then come to the 8 a.m. Sunday Chapel service.

I speak in all five of our services each weekend.  It is my desire to cover relevant issues with encouraging and practical biblical truths that can guide us through the best and worst times in life.  And, yes, we still do Sunday School. We believe it’s a great way to learn about God’s love for us and build lasting friendships. Classes for all ages are offered both Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

I could go on about all you’ll find here, but I'll let you browse through the website to discover the many opportunities awaiting you.

I hope you'll visit Crossings, and if you have any additional questions, please feel free to call us at 755-2227.

God Bless,

Marty Grubbs
