Nursery Ministry
Nursery Ministry shares the love of Christ with children, infants-3 years, and provides the loving care they deserve in a secure environment.

Crossings Children’s Ministry utilizes a variety of tools to help parents support weekly lessons at home. The weekend Spark is sent home after class as a review of the Bible lesson for the week. In order to partner with the church in leading your child spiritually all week long, families are encouraged to talk about weekend lessons throughout the week.

A second tool to reinforce Scripture memory is the monthly Scripture magnets. Children can collect these colorful, monthly reminders and focus on memory verses all month.

When are we available?

On Saturday evening the nursery opens at 4:45 p.m. and childcare is available until 7 p.m.

Sunday morning nursery care begins at 7:45 a.m. and continues through the end of the 11 a.m. worship service (approximately 12:15 p.m.). Children, 2-3 years, participate in Sunday School classes at 9:30 a.m.

Monday morning nursery care (infant – kindergarten) is available during Women’s Monday Morning Bible Studies from 9:15 - 11:30 a.m. (see class schedule).

Wednesday night nursery care is available from 6:15-7:45 p.m.

Bible Memory

Fill those young minds with truth!
Our students memorize a new Bible verse every month. Watch the weekend Spark* for the monthly Scripture to help your child begin to memorize the Bible. (*sent home after class as a review of the weekly Bible lesson)

Nursery Volunteers

Come share the joy of ministering to the youngest members of Crossings by becoming a valued Nursery volunteer. We could use loving hands to rock, play, give bottles, etc. in our Nursery for children ages birth through three years old. Positions are available for the 9:30 and 11 a.m. services. For the safety of all children, everyone working or volunteering with children at Crossings must complete a screening process. Volunteer screening forms are available online.
