Fitness Center
Crossings Fitness Center exists to encourage and guide individuals to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit. Through a variety of fitness classes and daily exercise at the Fitness Center, individuals learn to take care of their bodies and work toward holistic health.
The Fitness Center is located on the second floor near the Crossings Bookstore and features a strength and a cardio room. The strength room includes 11 pieces of individualized strength equipment, a cable crossover (universal machine), and dumbbells. The cardio room has three treadmills, three ellipticals (cross trainers) and two recumbent bikes.
