Fitness Center Class Schedule
NOTE: Fitness Center Class Registration is online only.

July 26 - September 3 Session:
Cost for each class this six-week session is $35 for Fitness Center members or $45 for non-members—except SPIN
, which is $60 for members and non-members. NOTE: During online registration you will be prompted to choose the member or non-member rate.

Boot Camp(limited to 20 people per class, experienced fitness levels only)
Meets in the Gym 
    Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays | 6:15-7 a.m.

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like push-ups, and other body weight exercise. In Boot Camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.


Cardio Mix
Meets in room 250
    Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 7:15-8 a.m.

Get your body moving and your blood pumping with our high intensity low impact cardio class. Floor aerobics, stability ball cardio, rebounder ... whatever we can think of to get your heart rate up and the scale down!

Circuit Training(limited to 17 people per class)
Meets in the Fitness Center strength room 
    Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:15-7 a.m.

Circuit Training is an excellent way to simultaneously improve mobility and stamina. Taking this class can improve your strength and your aerobic fitness as well as burning fat in one workout.


CORE Principles

    Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:30-9 a.m.

Building a strong core is the first step toward making maximal gains in strength and power and performing any kind of functional movement. Strong supporting muscles around the spine also reduce lower back pain, as well as the risk of lower-back injury.

Interval Training
Meets in room 250
    Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:45-6:30 p.m.

Interval training is a high intensity, calorie-burning workout which alternates between high energy intervals and recovery intervals. These workouts are for all level of exercisers, beginner, intermediate and advanced.


Sit and Be Fit
Meets in room 250 
    Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 10:15-11 a.m.

This class offers seated routines that accomplish stretching and strengthening benefits. Most exercises are done sitting in a chair. This workout includes both upper and lower body movements.

SPIN—Cost is $60 for members and non-members
(limited to 10 people per class)

Meets in the Fitness Center 
   
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:45-6:30 a.m. Register online
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially-designed stationary bicycle. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a cycling workout. During the class, you vary your pace—sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. Bring a towel and water bottle to class.


Stability Ball

Body sculpting with weights and body balls creates muscle tone and definition. Now you can get the best of Pilates and sculpting in one workout.

Workout for Women
Meets in room 250 
    Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 9:15-10 a.m.

We have combined cardiovascular and strength training exercises designed to get noticeable results. Each of the accelerated workouts has been created to energize and invigorate your body and mind while you have fun and trim down in the process.

Yoga for Strength and Flexibility
Meets in room 250 or in the Gym 
    Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8:15-9 a.m.

This Class uses a system of physical postures and breathing techniques to promote health, bodily control and mental well being.
