Kairos Cookie Recipe

Kairos International Prison Ministry sponsors several spiritual retreat weekends in which they bring encouragement through the Word and ... home baked cookies!! Thousands of cookies are needed, so we are grateful for any that you can bake. Due to prison restrictions, we've been asked to use the recipes provided by Kairos. Drop-off instructions are listed below. Thanks!!

Cookie Hints:
Size:	2 to 2.5 inches wide, about .5 inches thick
Plain:	No raisins, icing, or coatings please.
Time:	Use recipes and cooking times (below) for soft, sturdy cookies; crisp cookies tend to crumble during handling.
Package:	Place 1 dozen unbroken cookies in a zip-lock bag; separate layers w/ wax paper.
Label:	Write “1 Dozen” on bag. Write type of cookie (ex: “Chocolate Chip” or “Peanut Butter”) on bag.
Store:	If cookies are made several days in advance, please freeze them until drop-off.
