Meet Our Staff

Meredith Slaughter Pastor of High School Ministries Meredith was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. She graduated from Mid-America Christian University in 2007 with a bachelor’s in Specialized Ministry emphasis in youth ministry and Christian education. Meredith joined out staff full-time in August of 2006 after interning for two years. Outside of the office Meredith loves to be outside playing soccer or enjoying beautiful weather whenever she can. Andy Rauschkolb Pastor of High School Ministries Andy was born in Oregon but grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated from Wheaton College in 1999 with a BA in Christian Education. Since graduating he has served as the Area Director for Oklahoma City K-Life, as well as the Director of the Kanakuk Golf Kamp from 2002-2005. In his spare time Andy enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, camping, college football and spending time with his wife Taylor. Andy and Taylor are expecting their first child in August of 2007.
