Meet Our Staff

Leslie Lovett
Pastor of Middle School Ministries

Leslie was born in Oklahoma City, OK. In May of 2005 she graduated from Mid-America Christian University with her bachelor's degree in Specialized Ministry with emphasis' in youth and family. Leslie joined the staff at Crossings in September 2005.

Hobbies for Leslie include softball, swimming, anything outdoors, and hanging out with her husband, Shawn.

Mike Fackler
Pastor of Middle School Ministries

Mike was born in Lavonia, MI. He grew up in Holland, Michigan where his dad was the director of Youth for Christ. A graduate from Cornerstone University, he graduated with a business degree with an emphasis on Christian Leadership.

He and beautiful wife Shani were blessed with their son Brody in January 2006. They have two two American Bulldogs named Maximus and Daisy, affectionately referred to as the "Slobbering Beasts."

Mike enjoys spending time with Shani and Brody; he also loves to hunt and participate in anything that has to do with sports. Mike has been involved in youth ministry since age 14.
