Responses to Jesus: ·
Judas ·
Peter Because
of God’s love through Jesus: ·
I am valuable. ·
I am not alone. ·
I am forgiven. ·
I have a future. This is how much God loved the
world: He gave His Son, His one and only Son.And this
is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in Him, anyone can have
a whole and lasting life.

Strategies If you
aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time. Aim at
something that really matters. In this new series, we’ll
explore some Life Strategies that can help you and those around you experience
a full life, Life Strategies that will impact those you love. Through our
friendships, family, work, finances and attitudes, God wants us to know a
better kind of life. If you want to leave a lasting legacy, if you want to set
your life on a course that will prove fulfilling, join us as we pursue what
really matters. A morning thought... The sun rises in the East to once again
announce that Jesus Christ is risen from the dead!
This has been the resounding Good News ringing out across the pages of all time.
God has provided for all people the mighty message that through faith in Jesus
Christ, there is hope, reconciliation, redemption, love, grace, peace,
forgiveness, joy, and eternal life. The light of every day confirms this
promise of God born out of the power of the cross. All creation shouts the genius of this God of
the universe. His love for us is unequaled by anyone. The psalmist proclaims
that God’s greatness is evidenced in the heavens, on the earth, and by
all the creatures that inhabit it. The seas, mountains, deserts, hills,
valleys, and even the rocks cry out in beauty that God loves. The uniqueness of
every snowflake and fingerprint is characteristic of God’s creative and
loving spirit. We come this day giving honor and worship to
this King of kings and Lord of lords. What Christ has done is to open wide the
gates of God’s kingdom for you and me. It’s time for us to join the
grand parade of those who have gone before us, as well as those who commit
today to follow Christ—our Leader at the very front of this
procession—as it moves directly into heaven itself. Come, let’s celebrate our risen
Lord! —George
